Had the 1140's which was the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Went up to the new version 1150; good fit, true to size. Had them about 3 weeks now and am experiencing some big toe pain after several hours of wear. May just need to give them some time to mold to my foot, but I didn't have that problem with the 1140's. I do treadmill and eliptical in gym and then wear them the rest of the day for errands,etc.

I've been exclusively wearing Asics brand running shoes for about 12 years now, and this pair does not disappoint. They are very light and comfortable. And I think priced well for the quality of the shoe. I would definitely recommend these shoes. The fit is accurate as well (not too big/small or too wide/narrow).

I ordered this shoe in a 9, a half size larger than I normally wear based on recommendations to do so with Asics, but I should have stuck with the 8.5. My heel easily slid out of them as I ran. They seem to have good stability and support, but this also causes them to be heavier than I was used to with my previous running shoes (Adidas). I have normal arches with neutral to mild pronation, and these were a bit more structure than I needed for my feet to fit comfortably and have flexability. Probably a good deal for a decent shoe, but they just weren't for me.

After four years of wearing this brand and type of shoe and loving them, this particular one felt clumsy and it was difficult to be coordinated in step class. The heel seems wide and the balance is off.

This is my second pair of ASICS Gel-1150. Super comfortable! I could be on my feet all day in these shoes...and with two toddlers, I usually am. Roomy toe-box and lots of cushion in the heel.
