 Great "starter" for this type of walkerMar 15, 2012

I saw the ad for these in a runner's magazine and was curious so I sought them out. The price is certainly right on Amazon!
The fit is true to size but very "deep", good for use of different insoles. I found I didn't need them as these shoes provide very good arch support straight away. Another note on the fit is that they really hug the instep and heels. There is very minimal heel slippage, as if a combination last was used in the design.
They are much lighter weight than most of this type due to the mid-sole materials and outer sole profile. Much lighter than others I tried out of curiosity.
I wear these to work in a production floor environment and wear them generally 3 times per week. They have seemed to help during long periods of standing, and I usually wear them for the walk home.
All in all I would consider them a great starter if one desires to try this type of shoe (which may be considered a bit "trendy")without a big investment or commitment.

I bought these for my husband to help with his lower back. He had been having hip problems and felt tight in his hamstrings. He began wearing these a few hours a day and claims that it aided the stress on his tight areas.
