First of all Amazon service is very good.
The shoe sole is very good,scratch-free sole, comfortable for 8 hours daily ware. Very good life. the only disappointment is the laces are not flexible as threads, and they are two lengthy... Doesn't look good if you try to ware official.
The uppers form permanent foldings after first two months of use.

The only reason these shoes get 4 stars is because when I walk in them, they rub against the top of my small toe causing irritation. Other than that, they are great!
