These boots are very well suited for cold weather wear. They were bought for the hunting season in the snow. Although we had read about the eyelet pulling out from other reviews, the overall construction really fit our needs. THEN... the first time boots were used, the second time they were tied, an eyelet was pulled out of the boot. The boots are being returned and replaced to see if it happens again. Looking at the eyelet construction, it is easy to see the design flaw. They still get 3 stars due to the rest of the boot being awesome. I can't comment on the whole return process yet since it hasn't been completed. Seller does refund return shipping in this instance.

Great boots. Very warm, comfortable, and well put together, accept had the same problem as the others. Within two days, an eyelet broke off. Give the boots 4 stars but manufacturer needs to address the eyelets breaking off issue. Rest of the boot is great. Manufacturer and dealer replaced boots.
