These Alphaburly 1500 gram boots are a replacement supplied by Lacrosse when the first pair I bought in 2008 cracked and leaked after minimal use. I requested a size 12, the same as the original pair. I wear a size 10 1/2 shoe, but bought the boots big enough to comfortably wear a pair of thin poly socks under a pair of thick wool ones. It's too bad Lacrosse didn't tell me they'd changed the boots, and that they now ran small. With the old boots I had no problem getting them on or off. The new boots are a snug fit with just a single pair of well worn wool socks and the ankle hole is so tight I need the wife to yank the G. D. things off. I know exactly wear I'd like to put these boots, and it's not on my feet!

I love these boots. I hunted in 18 degree weather in the snow and my feet never got cold. This is my 3rd pair of Lacrosse boots and they are all I will ever buy to hunt in.
