These shoes are like walking on marshmallows. Yet, they do use muscles you aren't used to using. I walk almost daily and I was very pleased with the feel. I also got the wide because I have duck feet. I think they are worth the money. I actually did go down 2 lbs in 2 weeks.

THESE ROCK AND TONE SNEAKS REALLY ROCK AND ARE THE BEST INVESTMENT I EVER MADE FOR MY FEET AND MY OVERALL HEALTH BECAUSE THEM MAKE ME WALK CORRECTLY THUS HELPING ME TONE AT THE SAME TIME. I USUALLY WEAR AN 8 SO THAT'S WHAT I ORDERED AND THEY FIT PERFECTLY

I'VE HAD MAJOR FEET ISSUES THIS YEAR REQUIRING CORTISONE SHOTS & PHYSICAL THERAPY. THESE ARE THE ONLY SHOES I'VE BEEN ABLE TO WEAR SO FAR. GREAT SUPPORT. THEY ACTUALLY DO TONE YOUR CALVES. YOU WILL FEEL THE SORENESS IN YOUR CALVES AFTER WEARING THEM FOR A LITTLE WHILE.THEY SEEM TO DISTRIBUTE YOUR WEIGHT MORE EVENLY FOR EXTENDED WALKS.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these shoes feel. It's like walking on pillows. And, they are very lightweight. There is another bonus to these shoes -- even though they are white, they stay very clean. Overall, an excellent shoe.
