These boots were awesome right out the box. I expected there to be some uncomfortable time during the first week of wearing them, but there was none. They fit great and the amount of lacing from toe to ankle made it great for adjusting it to your exact foot shape (or days when you wear thicker socks in the cold). I especially enjoyed the zipper on the sides for easy removal at the end of the day when you really don't feel like unlacing. :) They were also very comfortable when hiking and climbing mountains. I had next to no blistering after 40 miles of climbing in 3 days. The super-soft, thick padding around the ankles was heavenly.
The only drawback: they are not waterproof! Any water rising above the laces will enter the shoe. Too bad. Just use them for dry hiking.

I have to admit that I have never purchased shoes online and was skeptical to do so. I have short, but wide feet. These Propet boots are wonderful. They come in several sizes with width variations and mine are a perfect fit. They fit well enough to keep my feet from sliding around, but are roomy enough to keep my toes from being bruised and for me to put on extra thick socks in colder weather.
I love the style. The zipper on the side is great to get the boot off with ease. The company's 1000 mile warranty on the soles is fabulous on top of an already reasonable price. These boots are comfortable, no need to break in, stylish, and affordable. I would buy these again, but it will be awhile before I need to.

I am so happy with these boots. They are just enough for
Winter, for me, and they fit fantastic. I don't have this experience often because I have to use inserts. These boots are true to size and very comfortable.

My daughter joined a volunteer project in the mountains in Australia. One of the requirements was hiking boots. They said sneakers would not work. She didn't have time to "break them in" as we discovered the need late.
These boots were comfortable from the first moment she wore them. She claims she never would have survived the two weeks without them! She wore them everyday the entire time she was in the mountains without a single problem. They kept her feet dry and never tired.
I have a pair of Propet walking shoes that I love. I decided to take a last minute chance on these boots from Propet and it was the perfect decision. My daughter's so thrilled with the boots that she plans to wear them on campus this winter in the snow.

I bought these in the pink/beige and liked them so much I bought another pair in blue/beige. I wear full orthotics and the wide size is a perfect fit. I wear the orthotics due to foot surgery about 5 years ago and if my shoes are "off" in fit or cushioning, my foot lets me know! It will ache for hours after work. These boots are amazingly comfy & cushy. I found the quality to be just fine and will continue to purchase this brand of shoe. They are a blessing as I'm on my feet a lot during the day. I get lots of complements on the too. Especially the pink ones!
Highly recommended shoe! I can't vouch for hiking in them, but for everyday comfort you can't beat them!!
