Comfy & LightOct 29, 2010
By MyPenName I bought these in black. They are my 2nd pair of Easytone sneakers. The first pair I bought were Reebok Women's EasyTone Reeinspire Walking Shoe in white/silver, which I also wrote a more very detailed review for pertaining to he performance of the sneakers. You can check that review out for more info. This review will more or less compare the 2 styles/fits.
This pair of Easytone are a more slimmer and fashionable design. I think they also fit a little more snug. I did order a whole size larger, since I knew from the first pair that they run small. I like the comfortability slightly better on the first pair more than this pair, although this pair is also comfortable. The first pair has a little more ankle support since the sneaker is a little bulkier and made for walking and they come up slightly higher on the ankle. This second pair is more for style I believe and not something that you will want to walk in or exercise in as much.
If you do not like a bulkier sneaker, you will probably like this style better. If you like a little more support and durability, I would suggest something like the first pair in my other review.
In case you do not read my other review, I will state here that these sneakers do help with toning. They are not meant to totally transform you or do all the work for you though. They are just an added boost to the work you already do. If you walk alot, these will give you bonus toning.
The other great benefit of these sneakers is that they reduce and or/eliminate back pain and absorb impact tremendously. I had back pain everyday before I started wearing my first pair. After the first few days of wearing them I had almost no back pain at all and that stays true to this day. I get an occasional back ache now which is very minimal compared to everyday back aches and a stiff back before wearing these sneakers. They are also great for knee problems as well. To me, the reduction in back pain is an even better benefit than the toning and I will continue to buy Easytone sneakers just for that reason.
The toning benefit is nice too of course, but eliminating my pain was even better. I had no idea before buying them that they would make my back aches disappear, so I was absolutely thrilled in so many ways after wearing them. I bought a pair for my daughter too because she has a recurring knee problem and now she does not have as much pain in her knee after gym class or after walking/running/playing. I think it has alot to do with shock/impact absorption. It feels like you are walking on air when you wear these. You can feel cushion in every step due to the "balance balls" on the soles. They indent as you walk.
Some people have said that it takes awhile to get used to walking in them, or that they throw you off balance a little for a while. I never experienced that.
I do recommend Easytone sneakers for both the toning benefits and for the reduction in back pain and knee pain. You cannot go wrong with these sneakers and they have so many colors and styles now, there is bound to be a pair to appeal to everyone.

Walking Shoe Runs SmallDec 16, 2010
By Empyrean Books "Barb" Many reviews stated that it ran true to size so I ordered my typical 9 1/2. However, if your feet are at all wide make sure and order a size up. They felt fine until I started walking in them a lot, then they pinch your toes a little and because of the positioning of the "balance pods" they can make your toes go numb from the pressure points they hit. Unfortunately because I have worn them outside (the issue didn't happen while trying them out inside the house) I can't exchange them for a larger size. I haven't noticed any toning difference, but that is probably because I can't wear them for long periods without having my toes go numb :(

Great shoesNov 14, 2010
By A. Orovay Because of my work I have to be on my feet all day. These shoes not only are comfortable, but also work out your legs!My legs feel stronger and more fit since I've been wearing them. It took me a couple of days to get use to them, because I felt I was loosing my balance. However after 4-5 days I got used to it and they feel great! I can wear them all day long!

Maiden Voyage a Major SuccessOct 22, 2010
By R. F. Benson This is my first-ever pair of any name-brand athletic shoe and I am in love! I am difficult to fit and lately find any lace-up shoe almost unbearably painful due to fused toe joints.
These are fabulous! The design of the sole is not only good for exercising leg muscles -- its stated purpose -- but makes walking with my "handicap" so comfortable that I am in a prolonged state of epiphany.
As I've told friends, I may even wear (these) shoes at times that societal demands and health codes don't play a part in my decision!
And to think that I wouldn't have experienced such bliss were it not for a major sale here on Amazon...

An excellent additionDec 12, 2010
By Arielj20 I love this shoe. My ankles are stronger and more slender than they've EVER been. I can wear them hours on end with no problem. They've really helped my lower back pain! I stand 8-10 hours a day with no break and these have really helped the feet fatigue.
