I love these! They are adorable. They run a little bit big. I am a size 8 and had read a review on another site saying they ran big, so I tried a 7. It was way too small. So I went with an 8 and they're a tiny bit big. I put those Dr Scholls heel liners in and now they're fine. So maybe go just a half size down?

These are very cute, but I did not find them to run small. I normally wear a 9 1/2 and, after reading comments online that they ran a half size large, took the chance and ordered the size 9, since no 9.5 left. Unfortunately, they do not fit-- just too short. If I cannot sell them locally, will have to return and be out almost $20 bucks just for shipping. That's the only downside to this seller-- no free shipping, so I learned my lesson not to order unless I know the shoes will fit.
UPDATE:
As I originally noted, the shoes did not fit, and I realized they also did not have the padded insole as pictured. When I returned these shoes, I had to get a special address to use UPS, the way they were sent. Otherwise I would have had to use USPS-- a rep from the company suggested that if I could fit the shoe box in a USPS one rate box it would only cost me $5.20. That box, however was only 8" by 5" by 1 5/8" -- um hardly big enough for a women's size shoe box.
In addition, as a result of the return address change, it took way longer than 5 days quoted by the seller to issue a refund, which is still pending. In addition, the $5 promotional credit toward my shipping was charged back to me. So instead of being out the already large amount of $16 for shipping both ways, I am now out $21 and have no shoes. As I noted in my original review, ONLY order from this seller if you know you will not need to return the merchandise. I think it was really crappy that they charged me back the $5. Never again from this seller for me.
