Not much support....Jan 08, 2011
By Australian shopper I am a fan of adidas, largely because their shoes are supportive, and last much longer than most other brands. This shoe seems an exception. I bought it because it claims to have extra support for over-pronators. However, the upper is so light and flexible, it seems to have relatively little support at all in the upper (if the sole is very supportive, it would be hard to tell). If I compare to my older adidas (which don't claim any special support), I can basically press the adiZero nearly flat when packing, whereas the others have a much more rigid (and heavier) upper. Feels similar running - one holds foot firmly, and adiZero feels like cloth band over foot - but foot able to move around. Basic result is re-occurrence of running injury after two weeks with these.... I can imagine if you bought this for racing or some lightweight use, it would be great. However, as a 'day to day' running shoe, i would choose something with a firmer upper to hold and support foot.

TreadmillNov 29, 2010
By Brian D Williams I have bought a couple pair of these shoes and enjoy them in certain situations. They are best used as a treadmill shoe, or for medium long days(8-12 Miles).
I did not find enough support to run long(15+) in them. I could see some people racing in them but I would perfer something lighter.
Perfect for what they are, but not an everyday shoe.

I'm an Adidas fan and I can tell you that this model is so light that you almost don't notice you are weating it. Also, the fabric allows the feet to breath so its always fresh, which make your walking or running more comfortable.

Good so farDec 30, 2010
By D. Cholakov Have run with the shoes a couple times and they work great so far. (not to walk outside in winter with them; they don't keep the cold out!)

These shoes are up to Adidas Adizero expectations - and that means superb. Comfortable and very light.
