Wonderful, comfortable and good looking boat shoesNov 23, 2010
By Timothy B. Riley While preparing for a trip to an island I starting looking for a good pair of all-around boat shoes. I wanted something that could get wet but still look good enough the walk into a restaurant or bar. I have seen the plastic-looking crocs but they just aren't for me. I wanted a waterproof pair of shoes that covered my foot completely and didn't look like a kid's shoe. These fit the bill.
Although they are REALLY comfortable, it took me a week or two to break them in. I got a blister on my left foot (right about the heel) right away but after it healed I no further problems. When exposed to saltwater I could see some white residue but it wiped off with little effort and the shoes dried off pretty quickly. At one point I had to walk several miles in these and I felt as if I was wearing a pair of quality walking shoes, not deck shoes. I like these so much I am going to get another pair in a different color. Great shoes!

Great shoesJul 05, 2009
By J. M. MONIZ These shoes are great for beach, beach holidays or sailing. Light, always fresh, don't get smelly and you can really use them in the water with no impact in its looks. Still look like new after one month of usage.

Best boat shoes I've found...Aug 11, 2011
By David J. Histing These are the best boat shoes I've found at a reasonable price. Some people have commented on the lack of ruggedness, but I think they should last a good while. They are boat shoes... you shouldn't run around in the woods with them. The drain ports and rubbery soles are a no-brainer for shoes that are designed to be submerged in water. The tradition leather upper gives them an attractive look that could be worn in a number of casual to semi-formal situations. Regular crocs aren't very attractive, IMO. With normal boat shoes, I might worry about the insoles drying or having enough drainage, but not with these. Traditional boat shoes + crocs is a match made in heaven.

Crocs - men's CoveSep 25, 2010
By Kik Apart from the fact that I had read somewhere - wrongly - that I would need to get a larger size (in my case a 10), once I got the right size (yes, a 9)I was very pleased with the shoes. They are extremely light and springy. If you want to be able to walk further than flip-flops or slide sandals will allow, without adopting the standard Crocs clog look, these are just what you could be looking for.
