 Will never purchase my crocs directly through Crocs.com siteApr 26, 2009

I purchased my son's mickey crocs through Crocs.com DIRECTLY- not through Amazon and can honestly say that I will NEVER EVER purchase through them again-they have, by far, the worst customer service/mgmt. I placed my order on a Sunday via internet and soon learned that it wasnt until Thursday that my order was received by the warehouse-thus, delaying the shipping process which took another 10days to receive. When I called to complain, I was told that this was completely normal and all they could offer me was an apology even though their site clearly states it can take up to 10 business days to receive my merchandise. I feel that any company taking 4days to ship any order of mine is UNACCEPTABLE and is not worthy of my future business.

My kid loves his crocs, he uses them all the time. they go well with almoost anything he wears. Light and confortable.

These shoes were cute, but didn't last more than a couple of weeks before the back strap broke off. Frustrating, I thought Crocs were fairly indestructible!?

Crocs received said size 8/9. However, they were smaller than his previous pair, which were also size 8/9. This seems to be a recurring problem with Crocs. They are made in many different locations/countries, and sizes never match.

My wife bought a pair of Crocs some time ago and enjoys wearing them around the house and yard. Then she spotted a pair of Crocs for Toddlers. We have a 18-month-old boy and she thought a pair of Crocs with a Mickey Mouse cut-out design would be the perfect thing. She bought the red model.
These things work really well with our little boy and he likes them. Apparently they're quite comfortable when worn with socks. He ambles about and looks real cute. I like them because they're real easy to put on and take off. It's a good product for toddlers!
