Upscale Comfort offers the following Returns Policy:

Merchandise returns will be accepted for unworn shoes or clothing with manufacturer and distributor tags still attached. Merchandise credits (no restocking fee) or cash refunds (less a 15% restocking fee) will be issued for all returns. No refund for any item, product or merchandise that have been used or worn. In the unusual event of an improper description, a full cash refund will be issued including a shipping refund.

Condition: Upscale Comfort sells only first quality, authentic merchandise sourced directly from designers, retailers, and manufacturers.
